不同时间段应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗ICU室Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究BiPAP呼吸机在不同时段应用对ICU室Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法:40例ICU室Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组为白天给予呼吸机,每天两次使用4h;治疗组为夜间持续8个小时给予呼吸机。并对所有患者行持续心电、血压、体温、呼吸频率及氧饱和度监测,并取通气前及通气后24h、3d、10d的动脉血做血气分析,包括pH、PaO2、PaCO2。结果:40例患者使用BiPAP呼吸机治疗,对照组和治疗组的心电、血压、体温、呼吸频率及氧饱和度监测,动脉血血气分析(pH、PaO2、PaCO2),所有对比指标治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夜间持续使用BiPAP呼吸机对治疗ICU室Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭有显著的疗效,并且可以较好地改善患者的呼吸功能情况。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of the BiPAPventilator in the application of different times of type II respiratory failure in the ICU.Methods：40 patients of typeⅡrespiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.Control group given a breathing machine for the day,twice a day using 4h.Treatment group given a breathing machine for eight hours at night continued.Results：40 patients using the BiPAP ventilator treatment,all compared indicators of treatment group is better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using the BiPAP ventilator continued in the night has a significant effect on the treatment of type II respiratory failure in the ICU.
