依普黄酮治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：分析使用依普黄酮对女性绝经后骨质疏松性骨折的愈合效果。方法：将我院2009年9月~2011年9月收治的62例女性绝经后骨质疏松性骨折的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上给予依普黄酮治疗,观察比较两组患者的骨密度、骨折愈合情况。结果：实验组患者骨密度明显上升,其骨折愈合时间更短,与对照组患者比较有显著差异,P〈0.05。结论：采用依普黄酮治疗女性绝经后骨折疏松性骨折具有较好的效果,值得在临床应用。Objective：To analyze the healing effect of ipriflavone in the postmenopausal women with osteoporotic fractures.Methods：62 cases of female postmenopausal osteoporotic fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups from September 2009 to September 2011,control group patients received conventional therapy,the experimental group patients treated with ipriflavone treatment base on control group patients.Compared the bone mineral density,fracture healing of the two groups.Results：BMD of the experimental group significantly increased,fracture healing time shorter compared with the control group,significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion：The fracture of osteoporotic of postmenopausal women treate with ipriflavone with good results,it worth clinical application.
