急诊静脉注射胺碘酮转复阵发性房颤的疗效及安全分析

摘　　要：目的：对急诊静脉注射胺碘酮转复阵发性房颤的疗效及安全进行分析。方法：选取2011年6月~2012年6月我院收治阵发性心房颤动的患者122例,随机分为两组,甲组患者60例采用静脉注射胺碘酮进行治疗,乙组62例采用静脉注射普罗帕酮进行治疗,对其用药后的不良反应、24小时内是否可以转为窦性心律及治疗效果,进行统计分析并详细记录。结果：甲组患者治疗后经统计总有效率为85.00%,乙组患者总有效率为83.87%,两组对比无显著差异性,不具备统计学意义,P〉0.05.甲组患者不良反应的发生率为11.00%,乙组不良反应的发生率为30.00%,两组对比存在显著差异性,不具备统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：在急诊治疗阵发性心房颤动的患者,进行静脉注射胺碘酮转复阵发性房颤的疗效相当,但安全性明显优越于普罗帕酮,在临床治疗忠可广泛的应用。Objective：Emergency intravenous amiodarone cardioversion of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation efficacy and safety analysis.Methods：June 2011 June 2012 admitted with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with 122 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Group A 60 patients with intravenous amiodarone treatment B 62 cases using intravenous injection of propafenone for treatment,adverse reactions,after its drug within 24 hours can be converted to sinus rhythm,treatment,statistical analysis and detailed records.Results：Group A patients by statistical total effective rate was 85.00%,Group B patients with total effective rate was 83.87%,no significant differences between two groups,do not have statistical significance,P 0.05.Group A patients with adverse reactions the incidence rate of 11.00%,B adverse reaction rate of 30.00%,compared the two groups there were significant difference,does not have a statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in the emergency treatment,the efficacy of intravenous amiodarone atrial fibrillation is quite,but the security is significantly better than propafenone,a wide range of applications in the clinical treatment of loyalty.
