摘　　要：目的：为临床心力衰竭（HF）单病种规范用药提供参考依据。方法：统计清远市人民医院43例HF住院患者与规范化药物治疗相关的HF质量控制指标,分析住院期间和出院带药时HF单病种规范化药物治疗的合理性。结果：HF质量控制指标比率分别在13.43%~81.4%之间,HF-3最高,其次HF-4,HF-7最低。结论：本院HF单病种质量控制指标较理想,规范化药物治疗基本合理,但药物治疗中药学监护仍有待加强。Objective：To provide reference for clinical single disease standardized medication with heart failure（HF）.Methods：We studied the HF quality control indicators related with the single disease standardized medication in 43 patients.to analyze the Rationality of medication in and outside hospital in HF patients according to the single disease standardized medication with HF.Results：The ratios of HF quality control indicators between 13.43% and 81.4% respectively,with the highest HF-3,second HF-4,HF-7 minimum.Conclusion：the HF quality control indicators are Rational,standardized medication with heart failure（HF） basic reasonable in Qingyuan City People＇s Hospital,but the Pharmaceutical care in medication has to be strengthened
