吗替麦考酚酯治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)治疗狼疮性肾炎(LN)的疗效及安全性,了解其不良反应发生情况。方法:28例LN患者给予MMF口服,随访9个月,观察相关临床指标变化,评估疗效及安全性,同时记录不良反应。结果:SLE患者经MMF治疗3个月、9个月后血清免疫抗体水平显著下降,对造血系统、肝脏、肾脏功能无明显损害。结论:MMF治疗LN疗效明显,耐受性较好,副作用相对较轻。但长期疗效及副作用仍需进一步观察。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect,adverse effects and safety between mycophenolate mofetil（MMF） and prednisone on systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods：28 patients were given MMF taken orally.They were followed up for 3,9 months and linical data were observed.The related indexes and possible concomitant adverse effects were detected.Results：After the treatment by MMF in 3 months,9 months,the serum antibody levels decreased significantly.And there is no damage to the hematopoietic system,liver,kidney function.Conclusion：MMF on SLE has better curative effect and the tolerance is better,but the long-term curativeeffect needs further observing.
