舒适化护理在门诊抽血室的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析门诊抽血室中舒适化护理的应用效果。方法:将194例抽血患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理方法进行抽血,实验组增加舒适护理干预措施,对患者的舒适度和满意度进行调查。结果:(1)实验组患者有94.8%的患者感到舒适或较舒适(92/97),高于对照组的88.7%(86/97),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);(2)实验组患者满意率为97.9%(95/97),对照组患者满意率为85.6%(83/97),实验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:舒适化护理能有效改善门诊抽血室患者的舒适度,提高病人的满意率,值得推广应用。Objective：To study the application and effect of comfortable nursing in hemospasia room.Methods：Randomly divided 194 cases of patients were into two groups,control group treated with conventional methods,the experimental group add comfort care.Do survey on comfort and satisfaction rate on the two groups.Results：（1） 94.8% of the experimental group patients feel comfortable,which is higher than control group 88.7%（86/97）,and the difference was significant（P0.05）;（2） the experimental group satisfaction rate was 97.9%,which is higher than the control group and the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：comfortable nursing effectively improve the patient]s comfort and satisfaction rate in hemospasia room,so it should be widely applied.
