摘　　要：随着医学教育的快速发展，对医学生职业素质评价体系改革的要求也日渐突显。本文介绍了我校建构医学生职业素养体系指标的尝试．以及对评价标准的改革与实施效果，同时对进一步完善评价标准进行了恩考。As the rapid development of medical education, the request of medical students＂ professional quality evaluation system reform is also highlighted. This paper introduces the construction of our medical students＂ professional quality system index attempt, the evaluation standard of refbrm and implementation effect, as well as to further perfect the evaluation standard of thinking.
