微波热疗对胃肠道手术切口愈合的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微波热疗对胃肠道术后切口愈合的应用。方法将130例胃肠道外科手术患者随机分为治疗组69例和对照组61例，治疗组在手术后24h给与切口微波热疗，对照切口仅给与常规换药治疗，对比两组切口愈合时间。结果治疗组切口愈合时间（6．0±1．0）d：对照组切口愈合时间（9．5±0．5）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）结论胃肠道手术后切口微波热疗可以促进切口快速愈合，安全可行。Objective To investigate the effect of microwave hyperthermia on the wound healing after gastrointestinal tract operation. Methods 130 patients who received gastrointestinal tract operation were divided into treatment group （n=69） and control group （n=61） randomly. Patients in treatment were given microwave hyperthermia on the operation wound; patients in the control group were given routine wound nursing. Results The time of wound healing in treatment group was （6.0±1.0） days, in control group was （9.5±0.5） days, there were significant different between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microwave hyperthermia on the operation wound after gastrointestinal tract operation can accelerate wound healing, and promotes the recovery of patients.
