摘　　要：目的总结先天性TORCH综合征颅内感染的CI表现及原因。方法分析11例经证实的先天性TORCH感染的患儿颅内CT表现特点结果头颅CT显示所有患儿在颅内均有不同程度钙化，脑发育不良8例，脑室扩大积水7倒，脑畸形9例。颅内钙化及其他异常的范围与感染的程度及病程有关，感染越早者脑发宵不良和畸形越严重、结论典型的或不明原因的此类CT表现结合临床应提示TORCH感染的可能性。Objective to summarize the congenital TORCH syndrome intracranial infection CT manifestations and causes.Methods analysis of 11 cases were proven congenital TORCH infection children of intracranial CT performance characteristics.Results show that all children head CT in intracranial all have different degree calcification,brain dysplasia,8 cases of ventricular expand water in 7 cases.9 cases of brain malformations.Intracranial calcifieation and other abnormal scope and the degree of infection and course, infection the earlier brain development is bad and the more seriors deformity.Conclusion the lypical or unexplained such CT performance combined with clinical should prompl TORCH the possibility of infection.
