摘　　要：设计了一种基于3G网络的无线视频监控系统。该系统采用ARM处理器S3C2440,以嵌入式Linux为系统平台,采用3G网络传输模式,通过移植视频服务器MJPG-streamer实现视频采集及传输功能。详细描述了3G网卡和视频驱动的编译过程,介绍了MJPG-streamer的主要插件及其功能。实验结果表明,系统运行稳定,视频清晰流畅,可以高效稳定地完成远距离分散地点等不易布线环境下的视频监控任务。This paper designs a wireless video surveillance system based on 3G network. The $3C2440 embedded processor and 3（; net- work transmission model are utilized in the system, and embedded Linux is used as the system platform. The functions of video captu- ring and video transmission are achieved through transplanting video server MJPC-streamer. The compilation process of 3（;- network card and video driver are presented in detail, and main plug in of MJPC-streamer and its functions are introduced. Experimental results dem onstrates that the videos are distinct and fluent, the system can operate steadily and can achieve video surveillance tasks effectively in cir cumstances of hard routing like remote scattered locations.
