血液透析患者社会支持和生活质量的现状及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)患者社会支持和生活质量的现状,并分析其相关性,以期为提高护理服务质量提供依据。方法便利抽样法选择2011年1-10月在沈阳军区总医院进行治疗的HD患者336例为研究对象。采用社会支持评定量表和健康相关生活质量量表(the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)对患者进行问卷调查。结果 HD患者较正常人群获得较高的社会支持,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HD患者较正常人群生活质量差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HD患者生活质量中躯体功能、躯体角色、躯体疼痛、活力及总体健康与社会支持总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论社会支持与HD患者生活质量密切相关,护士应充分利用患者的社会支持,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the social support and quality of life（QOL） in hemodialysis （HD） patients, and to analyze their correlation,with a view to providing the reference for a better nursing quality. Methods From January to December 2011,336 HD patients in the hospital were investigated by social support and the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey （SF-36）. Results The social support level of HD patients was significantly higher than that of healthy people（P〈0.05）. The QOL level of HD patients was significantly lower than that of healthy people（P〈0.01）. Positive correlation were found between the social support and physical function, role-physical, bodily pain, vitality, general health of HD patients（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Social support was closely related to the QOL of HD patients,so nur- ses should attach more attention to the effect of social support to improve the quality of life.
