摘　　要：为推进烟区水资源高效利用,采用新型专利自动土壤水势控制装置,基于田间原位盆栽试验,研究了不同土壤水势对烤烟各生育时间段各营养器官干物质的积累与分配、根系活力和组织硝酸还原酶活性的影响,采用二次曲线回归拟合的方法,初步推断烤烟各生育期最适宜的水势指标为:伸根期-18.5～-19.7 kPa,旺长期-12.47～-13.94 kPa,成熟期-16.15～-16.79 kPa。In order to promote the efficient utilization of water resources in tobacco - planting areas, by using the new - pattern automatic soil water potential control device, through the pot experiment in - situ field, we studied the influences of different soil wa- ter potentials on the dry matter accumulation and distribution in various vegetative organs, root activity, and tissue nitrate reductase activity of flue - cured tobacco at different growth and developmental stages. By adopting the conic regression and simulation meth- od, the optimum soil water potential indexes for flue - cured tobacco at various growth stages were initially inferred as follows： - 18.5 - - 19.7 kPa at root stretch stage, - 12.47 - - 13.94 kPa at prosperous growth stage, and - 16.15 - - 16.79 kPa at mature stage.
