摘　　要：简述了开发区土地集约利用评价的内涵,采用多因素综合评价的方法,构建了一套开发区土地集约利用评价的指标体系。对重庆市38个开发区土地集约利用水平进行了实证分析。据此对提高开发区土地集约利用水平提出了若干建议。The paper elaborated the connotation of land intensive use evaluation in developmental zone, and constructed a set of index system by using the method of multi - factored comprehensive evaluation. The index system was applied to the empirical analy- sis of land intensive utilization level in 38 developmental zones of Chongqing city. Finally, this paper presented some suggestions on increasing the intensive use level of land in the developmental zones.
