摘 要:以宜宾市农科院玉米所新育成的17个自交系和西南地区目前常用的11个骨干系为材料,采用不完全双列杂交设计,对供试自交系行了杂优类群分析及主要农艺经济性状的相关与通径分析。结果表明,按GCA聚类,供试自交系间遗传差异较大,可分为5个杂种优势群;按单株产量SCA聚类,17个新选系可分为4个杂种优势群;行粒数和穗行数对单株产量的直接作用达极显著性水平,百粒重对单株产量的直接作用达显著水平。In this paper, 17 new selected lines from Maize Research Institute of Yibin City Agricultural Science and 11 elite inbred lines in southwest regions were used as tested materials, and the incomplete dialel cross design ( NC II) was employed to study heterotic patterns and correlation and path analysis of the experimental lines. The result showed that there were greater genetic differences among experimental in- bred lines, and these inbred lines could be classified into 5 heterotic groups based on the GCA cluster analysis: however, 17 inbred lines could be classified into 4 heterotic groups based on the SCA cluster analysis, the effects of the components ( number of rows per ear and ker- nel number of rows) on the part yield were highly significant, and the effect of 100 kernel weight was significant for the plant yield.
