摘  要:利用目前四川省主推的6个高淀粉甘薯品种进行悬浮培养及有效植株再生的研究,对以MS为基础的10种胚性愈伤培养基进行分析,结果表明,茎尖分生组织培养基在添加1.8 mg/L 2,4-D、30 mg/L蔗糖的MS培养基上诱导的胚性愈伤组织最多。胚性愈伤组织在添加1.8 mg/L 2,4-D、30 mg/L蔗糖的MS培养基上进行震荡培养建立悬浮细胞系,悬浮培养40周后,进行植株再生培养,比较了3种以MS为基础的再生培养基,将直径大于1cm的大细胞团放在添加1.5 mg/L ABA、30 mg/L蔗糖的MS上获得再生植株最多,再生率为96%。In this paper, 6 varieties of high starch sweet potato, which was mainly popularized variety in Sichuan province, were studied in call suspension culture and effective plant regeneration, and 10 types of embryonic callus medium on the basis of MS were compared and ana- lyzed, the result showed that the tip meristem culture could induce the most embryogenic callus on MS medium with 1.8 mg/L 2,4-D + 30 mg/L sucrose. Embryonic callus cultured with shaking on MS medium with 1.8 mg/L 2,4-D +30 rag/L sucrose could establish suspension cell system after 40 weeks suspension culture, then was cultured for regeneration. 3 more types regeneration medium on the basis of MS were compared, and I cm (in diameter) multicellular clusters could acquire the most regeneration plants on the MS medium with 1.5 rag/L ABA +30 mg/L sucrose, of which regeneration rate was 96 %.
