摘  要:以4个抗旱性差异的大麦品种为材料,用浓度水平为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%(w/v)PEG8000溶液模拟干旱胁迫处理,研究丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶等生理生化指标对干旱胁迫的响应及其与抗旱性之间的相关性,进行抗旱性评价与抗旱性鉴定指标的筛选。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量变化均呈显著的上升趋势,过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性的变化基本呈先上升后下降的趋势。20%PEG8000是较适宜的抗旱性鉴定浓度,抗旱性强弱排序为Z037P017Q-1>Z182U038V>Z039P046Q>Z027S078T。过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性可作为大麦种质资源种子萌发期抗旱性鉴定的指标。The responses of malondialdehyde, prelinc, soluble sugar, soluble protein, catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase to drought stress and the drought resistance of 4 barley varieties were studied by utilizing4 barley varieties with different drought resistance trea- ted with different PEGS000 concentrations (0 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 % and 20 % ) as drought stress,and the indices of drought resistance were screened in this paper. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase and the contents of malondialdehyde, preline, solu- ble sugar, soluble protein increased significantly with the increase of drought stress; the activities of catalase and peroxidase firstly increased, then decreased; the suitable PEGS000 concentration for drought resistance identification was 20 % ; the pecking order of drought resistance was Z037P017Q-1, Z182U038V, Z039P046Q and Z027S078T; the activities of catalase, perexidase and superexide dismutase could be used as an effective identification indices for drought resistance during seed germination period.
