摘 要:在不同夜间温度下,对7个甘蔗难开花品种进行光周期诱导处理,调查夜间温度对光周期诱导开花效果的影响。结果表明:大多数难开花品种经适当的夜间低温处理后,均能明显提高抽穗率,其始花期也明显提前。但是过低的夜间温度对甘蔗的正常开花产生负效应,过低的夜间温度甚至使甘蔗不开花;另外一方面,少数品种对夜间低温不敏感,夜间低温处理对甘蔗正常开花无促进作用,甚至稍低的温度已对甘蔗的正常开花产生负面影响。In this paper, the photoperiod induction was conducted for 7 sugarcane varieties which difficultly blossomed out naturally under different night temperature, and the effects of night temperature on photoperied induction was studied. The results showed that heading rate of most sugarcane varieties which difficultly blossomed out naturally increased significantly after proper low night temperature, and their ini- tial time of flowering was advanced significantly, but unduly low night temperature could bring negative effects on sugarcane flowering, and even produced non-flowering sugarcane. On the other hand, a few varieties were not sensitive to low night temperature,low night temperature could not bring positive effect on flowering, and even slightly low night temperature brought negative effect on flowering.
