摘  要:为了鉴定黄麻苗期的抗旱性,采用盆栽试验、人工控水法对10个不同品系黄麻幼苗进行干旱胁迫,测定其幼苗株高和幼苗叶片的相对电导率,叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量等6个生理指标的变化,采用模糊隶属函数法对各个材料进行综合评价。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,幼苗株高相对值变小,黄麻幼苗叶片的相对电导率,叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量均表现为上升,且在一定干旱范围内,随着干旱胁迫的加重而升高。通过隶属函数法综合评价10个不同品系黄麻幼苗耐旱性,耐旱性由强到弱依次为:黄33>黄09-39>黄37>黄09-30>黄09-1>黄09-27>黄09-5>黄09-19>黄09-41>黄09-9。In order to identify the drought resistance of jute seedling, the changes of the plant height, the relative conductivity and the con- tents of MDA, proline, soluble sugar, chlorophyll and soluble protein were studied by way of manual water control in poring experiment. Ma- terials were comprehensively assessed by means of fuzzy subordinate function method. The results showed that the relative values of plant height decreased and the contents of relative conductivity, chlorophyll, MDA, soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline increased. Further- more, they went up along with the drought stress in a certain range. The drought resistance of I0 breeds from strong to weak were as follows: breed 33 〉 breed 09-39 〉 breed 37 〉 breed 09-30 〉 breed 09-1 〉 breed 09-27 〉 breed 09-5 〉 breed 09-19 〉 breed 09-41 〉 breed 09-9.
