摘  要:为丰富稻飞虱控制药剂种类,延缓害虫对当前生产上常用药剂抗药性的产生,本文对由华东理工大学自主研发的新烟碱类杀虫剂-环氧虫啶进行了室内活性和田间控害效果研究。利用浸苗法比较了环氧虫啶与吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺等其它烟碱类杀虫剂对褐飞虱和白背飞虱3龄若虫的作用活性,并评价了上述药剂对稻飞虱的田间防效。结果表明,4种烟碱类药剂中,对褐飞虱3龄若虫的室内活性以环氧虫啶最高,其次分别为烯啶虫胺、噻虫嗪和吡虫啉,其中25%环氧虫啶可湿粉对褐飞虱的作用活性显著高于烯啶虫胺,吡虫啉对褐飞虱的活性显著低于其它药剂;对白背飞虱3龄若虫活性表现与对褐飞虱不同,几种药剂中吡虫啉活性最高,其次为噻虫嗪、环氧虫啶和烯啶虫胺,其中吡虫啉的活性显著高于其它3种药剂,噻虫嗪的活性显著高于环氧虫啶和烯啶虫胺,后两者活性相当。在田间以白背飞虱发生为主时进行了控害效果评价,发现环氧虫啶对以白背飞虱为主的稻飞虱田间控害效果不突出,和吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和烯啶虫胺相当,其可作为一种防治褐飞虱的轮换药剂。In order to exploit new insecticides to effectively control rice pianthopper, the toxicity of Cycloxaprid, Imidaeloprid, Thiamethox- am, Nitenpyram and Chlorpyrifos to the 3rd instar nymphs of Nilaparvata lugens Stal and Sogatellafurcifera Horvath in lab were tested with rice seeding-dipped, and the field control efficiency were also tested. The results showed that the toxicity to the 3rd instar nymphs of N. lu- gens Stgl in descending turn were Cycloxaprid, Nitenpyram, Thiamethoxam and Imidaeloprid, and the toxicity of Imidaeloprid and Thiame- thoxam to the 3rd instar nymphs ofSogatellafurcifera Horv6th were higher that of Cycloxaprid and Nitenpyram. The results of the field control efficiency test showed that the long-term toxicity of Cyeloxaprid was high, and equivalent to Imidaeloprid, Thiamethoxam and Nitenpyram.
