摘 要:为加强主流烟气中砷、汞和铅含量的监控,保障烟叶质量安全,研究建立了用盐酸-硝酸混酸捕集主流烟气中砷、汞和铅,并用原子荧光法测定主流烟气中砷、汞和铅含量的方法。对主流烟气中砷、汞和铅的捕集条件和捕集液处理条件进行优化,并与常用的剑桥滤片法进行比较,对原子荧光法测定主流烟气中砷、汞和铅含量的回收率、精确度进行了试验,同时选取了5个烤烟型和1个混合型卷烟样品进行检测实验。结果表明,用10%盐酸+5%硝酸溶液捕集主流烟气中的砷、汞和铅,捕集液水浴沸腾消解3 h,原子荧光法测定,测定的相对标准偏差3个元素均小于15%,对样品测定的相对标准偏差砷为4.89%~10.25%,汞9.58%~13.22%之间,铅3.45%~8.30%,该方法平均回收率As为97.9%,Hg为97.0%,Pb为94.7%。In order to strengthen monitoring the arsenic, mercury and lead contention in mainstream smoke and ensure tobacco quality and safety, a method for the three elements in mainstream smoke was first developed by atomic absorption spectrometry using HCI - HNO3mixod acid capture from smoke in this paper. The trapping conditions of arsenic, lead and cadmium from the mainstream smoke and treatment method of capture liquid were optimized and compared with Cambridge filter method. The recoveries and precision of arsenic, mercury and lead in mainstream smoke of cigarette wore tested with atomic absorption spectrometry, and five virginian type and one mixture cigarette sam- ples were detected by this method. The results showed that: using 10 % HCI + 5 % HNO3 solution to capture arsenic, mercury and lead of mainstream smoke, trapping solution digestion with boiling water hath for 3 hours, determination with atomic absorption spectrometry, the relative standard deviations wore less than 15 %, 4.89 % -10.25 % for Se, 9.38 % -13.22 % for Hg and 3.45 % -8.30 % for Pb, and the average recoveries was 97.9 %, 97.0 % and 94.7 %, respectively.
