摘 要:针对官地煤矿28412工作面顶板坚硬,初次来压步距大,来压强度高的安全隐患,结合现场条件确定了初采强制放顶技术的基本参数:顶板处理高度、炮孔直径、炮孔间距、封孔长度和炮孔布置方式,同时,首次采用"内芯式深孔爆破炸药壳"装药技术。实践表明:当工作面推进至14.4m时,除切眼端头外,顶煤都已垮落,采空区基本充填严实;大大降低了工作面初次来压强度,没有出现"飓风"和采空区瓦斯瞬间大量涌出现象,有效地保障了工作面初采期间的安全生产。Aiming at hard roof, large initial weighting pace and high weighting intensity of 28412 mining face in Guandi Colliery, basic parameters of forced roof caving in initial mining period were confirmed including roof caving height, blast-hole diameter, blast-hole gap, hole sealing length and blast-hole layout manner. Core deep-hole blasting explosive shell charge technology was firstly ap- plied. Application showed that when mining distance reached 14. 4m, top-coal except face-ends had all caved, gob had been stowed closely. This largely reduced initial weighting intensity and there were no phenomena of "typhoon" and gob methane instantaneous gush- ing, which effectively enhanced safety degree in initial mining period.
