摘　　要：在抢篮板球中 ,选择起跳时机是抢篮板球技巧中最重要的部分 .观察、判断和起跳是相互联系的 ,合理运用可获得更多的进攻机会 .因此 ,要在训练中掌握正确的方法 ,并将其运用到比赛中 .The choice of the jumping moment in rebounding is the most important part in rebounding technique. Obserration judgement and jumping are correlated.Using it well, the opportunities of attack can be obrained more and more. Therefore the success of the match is just in hand if we grasp the correct way of exercise and apply it to match.
