摘 要:建立了测定MnSO4样品中Cl-离子的色谱分析方法。行业标准《工业硫酸锰》对样品中Cl-离子的检测采用目测比色法,由于人员存在经验差异,使样品分析的结果存在一定误差。Mn-SO4样品中存在大量SO24-,采用传统的离子色谱方法测定MnSO4样品中Cl-离子会使离子色谱柱过饱和,从而影响离子色谱对Cl-的检测结果。运用离子色谱柱切换技术可以代替Ba柱去除SO24-离子,实现在线预处理,节约分析成本。用于实际样品分析时,Cl-的加标回收率分别为95.10%~101.05%,线性良好,且具有较好的重现性和较低的检出限。This article introduced the determination of Cl^- in MnS04 sample by chromatographic analysis method. The Cl^- were detected by visual colorimetric analysis of the sample in factories. Because staff experience difference ex-ists, there was more or less error. The MnSO4 sample in the presence of large amounts of SO4^2-, using traditional ion chromatography methods MnSO4 samples, Cl^- caused the ion chromatographic column oversaturated, which affected the detection result of the ion chromatography of the Cl^-. The use of ion column switching technology could replace Ba column removal of SO4^2 - line pre - analysis of cost savings. For actual sample analysis, the Cl^ - plus recoveries were 95.10 to 101.05%, with good linearity, and better reproducibility and lower detection limit.
