摘　　要：利用现代光纤、光电传感技术及微机在线测试技术 ,研制了一种新型蛋白质浓度实时采集数据系统 .实际应用表明 ,测试系统线性范围宽、准确性好、灵敏度高 ,检测数据的相对误差不超过 1 .0 % 。A novel absorptionmetry method for determining protein concentration was developed by use of modern photoelectric sensor,optical fibre and computer on line techniqes.An online system was constructed to monitor the protein concentration and its changes.It was found that this system is superior to the currently used methods in reliability,accuracy,and sensitivity with a tolerance of less than 1.0%.
