三黄片对糖尿病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三黄片对糖尿病患者血清超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将60 例 2 型糖尿病患者随机分为糖尿病组和三黄片组,糖尿病组在控制血糖及血压的基础上对症治疗,三黄片组在糖尿病组治疗基础上加用三黄片 4 片,3 次/d,口服。根据患者大便情况调整三黄片的用量,使大便保持在 1～3 次/d。4 周后,测定两组患者血清hs-CRP 及 TNF-α的变化,并进行比较。结果:三黄片组与糖尿病相比,能明显抑制 hs-CRP 及 TNF-α的升高(P<0.05)。三黄片对糖尿病患者的血糖没有影响。结论:三黄片具有降低糖尿病患者血清 TNF-α及 hs-CRP 的作用,推断其在"抗炎"层面上具有抗动脉硬化作用。Objective： To explore the influence of Sanhuang tablets on the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and Tumor Necrosis Factor-a （TNF-a） in diabetes patients. Methods： Sixty patients of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into diabetes group and Sanhuang tablets group. The diabetes group was given symptomatic treatment, based on blood glucose and blood pressure controlled. Sanhuang tablets group was given Sanhuang tablets four tablets orally, three times a day, based on the treatment of diabetes group. The dosage of Sanhuang tablets was adjusted according to bowel movement to maintain 1～3 times a day. Four weeks later, the serum hs-CRP and TNF-a were tested and compared. Results： Sanhuang tablets group obviously decreased ofhs-CRP and TNF-a（P〈0.05）＋ Sanhuang tablets had no influence on blood glucose and blood lipid. Conclusion： Sanhuang tablets can decrease the serum TNF-aand hs-CRP. It has the role of anti-atherosclerosis on the level of anti-inflammatory.
