通络壮骨丸防治早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通络壮骨丸治疗早期股骨头坏死(Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head,ONFH)的临床疗效。方法:将160 例符合非创伤性早期 ONFH 诊断的患者按照随机对照原则,分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予通络壮骨丸和仙灵骨葆胶囊口服治疗,连续治疗 6 个月,观察治疗前后临床症状和影像学改善情况。结果:两组患者在主要症状、体征、X 线或 MRI 检查指标方面治疗后均较治疗前有所改善,治疗组在主要症状、体征方面较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),临床总有效率 94%。结论:通络壮骨丸可有效改善早期 ONFH 的临床症状和体征。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Zhuanggu pills on treating ONFH. Methods： 160 patients with early ONFH of the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Tongluo Zhuanggu pills, while the control group was given Xianling Gubao capsule for 6 months. Results： The clinical symptoms of the two groups in the treatment group improved better than those in the control group in the main symptoms, signs, X-ray or MRI indexs （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion： Tongluo Zhuanggu pills can effectively improve the clinical symptoms early ONFH.
