推拿联合“飞燕式”练功治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较推拿及推拿联合结合"飞燕式"练功推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:门诊就诊及病房住院的 120 例 LDH 患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各 60 例。观察组:腰部常规推拿治疗,20min/次,qd,飞燕式练功10/次,qd。对照组:腰部常规推拿治疗同观察组。两组均为 10 次 1 个疗程,2 个疗程后观察并比较疗效。结果:观察组总有效率88.33%,对照组为 81.67%,观察组痊愈率为 65.00%,对照组为 38.33%;随访 1 年,观察组有 14 例复发,对照组有 34 例复发,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:推拿联合飞燕式练功治疗 LDH 改善症状快,疗效好,复发率低。Objective： To compare the efficacy of massage and massage combined with manipulation of flying swallow type on treating LDH. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine massage, while the treated group was given manipulation of flying swallow type more. Results： The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 88.33% and 81.67% respectively, while the recovery rates were 65.00% and 38.33% respectively. During the next 1 year, 14 cases in the treated and 34 cases in the control group recurred, with a significant difference （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Massage combined with manipulation of flying swallow type was effective on treating LDH, with good efficacy and low recovery rate.
