摘　　要：胃痛是常见病,其病因较多,病机演变亦较复杂,失治、误治易致辨证丛生。因此,胃痛的治疗不但强调辨证论治,但还应重视审证求因的治疗。针对本病其遣方用药要灵活运用调肝理气、活血化瘀、清解郁热、健脾养胃固本四法。Stomach-ache is a common disease and can be caused by kinds of pathogenesis. The treatment of stomach-ache based not only on the differentiation of symptoms and signs but also identification of etiology. Prescription of the disease should make use of four principles, including Tiaogan Liqi, Huoxue Huayu, Qingre Jieyu and Jianpi Yangwei.
