摘　　要：介绍了利用单片机AT89C5 1设计的智能钽电容漏电流分选仪的设计原理 .该分选仪能成批检测钽电容漏电流 ,并自动剔除漏电流超标的钽电容 .Introducing the principle of design the intelligent Ta capacitor auto sorter uses chip microprocessors AT89C51.The device can test Ta capacitor leakage current in batch and can automatically weed out the capacitor which has excessive leakage current.
