摘　　要：网络学术论坛中学术信息资源能否被接受的问题,从根本上来讲是其可信度的问题,这对于学术信息交流、学术发展和高校学科建设都十分重要。本文依据网络学术论坛的特点和功能作用两个方面存在的系列问题,从实际应用情况出发,通过调查分析论坛信息可信度的影响因素,综合归纳了网络学术论坛信息可信度的评价指标体系,建立了灰色系统理论的模糊综合信用评价模型,并对人大经济论坛不同时期的信息可信度进行分析,阐述和演示了该网络学术论坛信息可信度评价方法的有效性和实用性,结果表明,该方法是评价网络学术信息资源可信度的一种有效方法。Whether the academic information resource is accepted is in terms of their reliability. It is important to schol- ars＇ academic information exchange, academic development and the discipline construction in Universities. This paper sums up the network academic forum information reliability evaluation index system and the establishment of the grey system theory and fuzzy comprehensive credit evaluation model on the basis of network academic forum features and functional role of the two aspects of the problems and through the investigation and analysis of the factors affecting the credibility of forum informa- tion, And after analyzing the information reliability of National People＇s Congress Economic Forum, We prove the model is true and it is an effective method for the evaluation of the academic forum information reliability.
