摘　　要：本文重在讨论中国钼行业如何对直接债务融资模式进行有效抉择,认为钼企业尤其是钼企业中的中小企业,更应认识到直接债务融资模式的重要性。钼业企业的融资模式决策体制实质是协调和规范自身与其他利益主体之间以及行内各利益主体之间关系、以实现融资流程优化、利益分配均衡目的的一种制度设计。This issue is mainly about how to innovate a series of effective measures in direct debt financing models in China molybdenum industry, especially for those SMEs. The decision -making system on debt financing models is a kind of system - design which plays a part in both financing process optimization and benefits distribution balance by coordinating and standardizing between itself and other stakeholders, as well as between the various stakeholders in the molybdenum industry.
