摘　　要：目的:建设医院实验室效益评价系统,解决医院实验室使用效益分析评估中存在的问题,为实验室建设管理提供依据。方法:使用包络分析法建立医院实验室使用效益的模型,并进行具体流程设计,使用B/S架构研制开发了实验室评估软件系统。结果:该系统的应用使医院有效掌握了教学、科研、医疗以及混合实验室的使用效益情况。结论:该系统提高了多指标下实验室效益动态评估的准确程度和科学性,为实验室后续建设规划及使用评价提供了有效指导。Objective To solve the problems in assessment of laboratory benefit and provide some references for laboratory construction and management. Methods The main principles and characteristics of DEA were described, and the evaluation model and process of the hospital＇s laboratory efficiency with the DEA were discussed. Results The laboratory performance evaluation system was designed with the DEA method. Conclusion This method can improve the accuracy of laboratory effectiveness assessment with the multiple indicators, and provide effective guidance for laboratory follow-up construction planning and evaluation.
