摘　　要：目的:为实现区域性医疗数据的互通共享,提高健康档案卡中数据的实时更新及共享水平。方法:研究了一种新型的共享机制,设计了一种接口模块将健康档案卡中的数据与医院的HIS及不同来源的数据进行融合,充分利用互联网这个共享平台实现数据更新及共享。结果:完成了国人健康档案卡数据管理系统的系统结构、功能组件和技术实现方法的研究,并且实现了与某医院HIS的融合。结论:该健康档案卡的实施可以让居民享受方便有效的健康管理和疾病管理服务,针对疾病危险因素实施有效干预,推迟了疾病的发生,改善了疾病临床症状,提高了整体人群的健康水平。Objective To realize regional medical data inter-communication and improve the real-time data update and sharing for the health record card. Methods A novel sharing mechanism was designed, and an interface module was used to integrate the data from the health record card, HIS and other sources, with Internet mobilized, Results The system configuration, components and technical approaches were determined, along with the integration into HIS of some hospital. Conclusion The mechanism allows the residents to enjoy the convenient and effective health management and disease management services and implements effective intervention for disease risk factor.
