摘　　要：目的:为进一步完善住院处的管理方法,提高住院处的工作质量,设计一套操作统计工作系统。方法:将计算机终端/服务器(C/S)和浏览器/服务器(B/S)相结合,使用Microsoft SQL Server工具提取医院HIS数据作为数据库管理系统,依托"军卫一号"住院处患者信息录入登记系统,编制该系统软件。结果:该系统的应用取消了手工发放病案号工作,增加了对住院处日常工作的统计记录,加强了管理,确保了患者信息的准确完整。结论:系统缩短了住院处工作人员为患者办理入院手续的时间,提高了信息录入的准确率,提高了住院处管理工作质量。Objective To design a statistics system for the hospitalization office, Methods C/S integrated with B/S, Microsoft SQL Server used for HIS data extraction, as well as hospitalized patient information input ＆ registration system of No.1 Military Medical Project were employed to develop the system. Results Manual distribution of medical record number was eliminated, and the daily management of the hospitalization office and the patient information accuracy and integrity were improved greatly. Conclusion The system makes the time for hospitalization procedure decreased and the accuracy for information input increased.
