摘　　要：目的:检验消毒灭菌挂车在高原山地环境下使用情况。方法:在人员和装备不改变的情况下,通过平原和海拔4 430 m的高原2种不同环境下进行勤务训练,测试灭菌挂车的战技性能,分析其性能差异。结果:该型号消毒灭菌挂车在高原环境下可开展工作。结论:消毒灭菌挂车经过高原性能测试,工作正常,能够满足高原环境下的医疗保障需求。Objective To discuss the application of 2008-80 sterilization trailer in the plateau and mountain areas. Methods With the same personnel and equipment, the trials in the plain and the plateau with an altitude of 4 430 m were performed for the difference analysis on tactical ＆ technical performances. Recalls The trailer functioned well in the plateau. Conclusion It＇s proved that the 2008-80 sterilization trailer can meet the requirements of medical support in the plateau.
