摘　　要：以江苏省中医院2011年的机房搬迁项目为例,从医院IT资源的转移升级、搬迁前的现有系统备份、搬迁过程的安全和搬迁后的系统完整恢复等方面详细阐述了数字化医院中信息系统迁移的过程。从方案的规划到实践的操作,都顺利完成了预期目标。整个过程是对现代化机房建设的一次深入理解,并且可以为兄弟医院类似的搬迁作参考。The whole process for the relocation of the information system in the digital hospital is described from the aspects of system upgrade, pre- relocation backup, safety, post-relocation recovery and so on, with that of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2011 as an example. The practice makes the understanding for modern engine room construction enhanced and provides reference for like hospitals.
