摘　　要：目的:介绍专职仪器护师在ABL800全自动血气分析仪维护中的作用及探讨。方法:对护师进行相关仪器的专业知识教育,通过选拔、培训、试用等方法来确定专职仪器护师。结果:排除了进样口堵塞、样本不足、样本浊性太高、警告检测到HbF并代偿、血氧检测错误等5项故障,使其能正常运行。结论:专职仪器护师的设置能使ABL800全自动血气分析仪得到的维护更加专业、及时,显著提高了使用率。Objective To analyze the effect of the dedicated instrument nurse on the maintenance of ABL800 fully automatic blood-gas analyzer. Methods The nurses were provided with professional training to determine the dedicated instrument nurses, Results The failures were eliminated, including inlet blocked, sample insufficiency, high turbidity of sample, warning of the detection of HbF and compensation, and error for oxygen detection. Conclusion The dedicated instrument nurses for ABL800 fully automatic blood-gas analyzer can perform professional and timely maintenance.
