摘  要:高频X线机区别于工频X线机的主要电路是管电压调整电路,而单片机TL594又是管电压调整电路中的核心器件,它的应用在高频机管电压调节中具有较强的代表性。TL594是通过改变输出脉宽和频率,直接控制高频X线机X线管电压的高低和频率的大小。通过对TL594每一个管脚功能的深入探讨,研究TL594在高频X线管电压调节中的工作原理,将不仅对高频机教学具有一定的理论意义,而且在高频机故障排除中具有较强的实践意义。High frequency X-ray machine and power frequency X-ray machine differ item voltage adjusting circuit. SCM TL594 is the core device in voltage adjusting circuit of high-frequency X-ray machine. Its application has a strong representation in high frequency X-ray machine's tube voltage adjustment. The tube voltage and frequency of high frequency X-ray machine are controlled by the output pulse width and frequency of TL594 .The understanding of the operating principle of TL594 not only has certain theory significance for high frequency machine teaching but also practical significance for the high frequency machine troubleshooting.
