摘　　要：文章从电子侦察卫星和电子对抗卫星两个方面出发，研究分析了国外空间电子对抗技术的发展现状和趋势。电子对抗卫星方面，针对电子对抗卫星涉及的关键技术分析了国外电子对抗卫星的发展概况和趋势。文章将空间电子对抗卫星总体技术进行拆解，空间电子对抗对平台的要求主要有机动能力强，具备空间交会能力等。针对这些技术领域，开展了国外研究情况分析与展望。From the two aspects of electronic reconnaissance satellites and electronic satellites, the present condition and development trend of foreign space electronic countermeasure techniques are analyzed in this paper. For the electronic reconnaissance satellites, the development overview and trend of the key techniques involved in the satellite are analyzed. The space electronic countermeasure satellite overall techniques is dismantled in this paper, it mainly consists of maneu- ver capacity, space rendezvous capability. In response to these technique areas, the research analysis and prospects of the foreign are carried out.
