摘　　要：简述表面处理技术的概念和在铁道车辆制动系统产品中的重要性,介绍我国HX型大功率机车、CRH型动车组制动系统产品表面处理技术应用状况及作用,在此基础上提出制动系统产品国产化过程中表面处理技术的应用设计,以及论述表面处理技术应用设计的标准化体系。This paper describes the concept about surface treatment technology and its importance applied in brake system products of railway rolling stock. It introduces current surface treatment technology application and functions used in brake system products of HX high-power railway locomotive and EMU. Based on this, it gives application design of surface treatment technology during localization work for brake system products, and related standardized system of application design of surface treatment technology is discussed here in detail.
