摘  要:用气相色谱法分析了巨桉 12个种源 80个自由授粉家系的细胞膜脂肪酸的含量和组成 .结果表明 :巨桉茎叶中膜脂肪酸的组成主要是棕榈酸 ( 16∶ 0 )、棕榈油酸 ( 16∶ 1)、油酸 ( 18∶ 1)、亚油酸 ( 18∶ 2 )和亚麻酸 ( 18∶ 3 ) ;不饱和脂肪酸指数 ( IUFA)能较好地反映巨桉家系抗寒性的相对强弱 .生长性状和 IUFA值在种源和家系间存在着显著的差异性 ;IUFA值与纬度相关性显著 ,与其它因素关系不密切 .A quantitative analysis was conducted by gas chromatography for Eucalyptus grandis 's 12 provenance and 80 open pollinated families provided by the Australian Tree Seed Centre. The research results showed: there were main five composition of fatty acid in the leaves of provenance and families of E.grandis . The fatty acid compositions were 16∶0, 16∶1, 18∶1, 18∶2 and 18∶3. IUFA could reflect the relative cold resistant ability of E.grandis and it could be considered as one index to evaluate the ability of cold resistant. There was a significant difference existing between growth traits and IUFA within provenance and families and remarkable correlation between the value of IUFA and influence of latitude.
