摘 要:大连开发区热电厂锅炉燃烧器喷口及附近区域水冷壁存在严重结焦现象。由于结焦严重曾被迫停炉打焦,给冬季供热造成严重影响。通过测试发现,三次风速比设计值偏高15 m/s以上,三次风速偏高及喷口下倾是炉膛结焦的主要原因之一,因此对燃烧器三次风喷口进行改造。并通过对排粉机入口挡板开度、制粉系统再循环门开度、煤粉细度、一次风温和氧量的优化调整,锅炉结焦问题得到彻底治理。Serious coking appeared in the burner spout and water-cooling wall nearby area of boiler burner in a thermal power plant. Because of serious coking, the boiler has be to stopped, and this caused serious effect on supplying heat in the winter. The test results show that third wind speed is 15 m/s higher than the design speed. High third wind speed and burner spout declination are the main reasons for boiler furnace eoking. So third wind spout of burner must be adjusted. After burner adjustment, the boiler coking can be fully solved by optimization adjustment of pulverized coal exhauster entrance baffle opening, milling system recycling door opening, pulverized coal fineness, primary air temperature, and oxygen flow.
