摘　　要：分析了水电厂建设图文管理系统的必要性,提出了水电厂图文管理系统的总体构架及系统功能,并对系统建设关键技术,如系统模型结构、数据安全技术进行了探讨。建设图文管理系统对水电厂工程档案管理将起到积极的作用。The necessity of building document management system for hydropower plants is analyzed, the overall structure and system function of document management system are proposed. The key technologies, such as model structure and data security technology are discussed. Building document management system will play a positive role in project file management for hydropower plants.
