摘　　要：介绍了戴明循环理论的基本内容和特点。结合浙江师范大学管理的实践,以戴明循环的"计划、执行、检查、处理"4个管理环节的理论为指导,构建了一种实验室建设项目经费的全过程管理模式,并对实验室建设项目经费管理过程中的一些具体做法和关键问题做了阐述。Firstly, this paper introduces the basic contents and characteristics of Deming＇s circulatory theory. Secondly, combining the administrant practice in Zhejiang Normal University about Deming＇s four links which are plan-do-check-action, an overall management mode to administrate laboratory construction funds is estab- lished. Thirdly, some concrete methods are explained and some key problems in the process of using Deming＇s circulatory theory to administrate laboratory construction funds are studied.
