摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法学理论体系是由众多的法学理论成果所构成的内容完备、内在统一、结构严谨的理论体系,在概念范畴、理论观点、形成方式等方面呈现出鲜明的中国特色,在指导思想、基本原理、实践基础、理论基调上表现出明显的社会主义性质。It has a major political and academic significance to set up the proposition of socialist system of legal theory with Chinese characteristics. This system is made up of many legal theories which are consistent and harmonious, with distinct Chinese characteristics in concepts, categories, views and ways of forming, and shows obvious socialist nature in guiding ideology, basic principles, practical foundation and theoretical keynote.
