摘  要:选择硝酸和氢氟酸为混合酸,高温高压条件下利用密闭消解罐对药用胶囊进行消解,研究了采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定胶囊中痕量铬的方法,优化了在180℃消解温度条件下其消解时间.在最佳分析条件下,密闭高温高压消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定胶囊中痕量铬线性关系较好,二次回归方程相关系数R2=0.995.通过干扰试验确定该方法满足抗干扰的选择性要求.方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.274μg/L和0.913μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.600%,加标回收率为98.700%~102.000%.该方法可以用于胶囊中痕量铬的日常检测,且在大批量检测时有明显的优势.The nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid are chosen for mixed acid and digestion capsules by sealed vessels under the high temperature and high pressure conditions to study the method that determine trace chromium by GFAAS. The optimum time of digestion under 180~C is studied. Under the optimum analysis condition, determination of trace chromium in capsules by high pressure sealed vessels assisted digestion and GFAAS has a good linear relation the quadratic regression equation correlation coefficient is 0. 995. Through the interference experiment, it is found that this method can satisfy the requirement of antiinterference performance. The detection limit and LOQ of this method is 0. 274μg/L and 0. 913μg/L the relative standard deviation of results is 2.6% the recovery is in the range of 98. 700% to 102. 000%. This method can be used to determine trace chromium of capsules, and it has a clear superiority when detecting large batches of sa ples.
