摘　　要：小说《苏拉》是作家莫里森对美国社会中黑人女性主体建构自我过程的探索和思考;苏拉、奈尔和夏娃这三个人物形象,代表着作家对黑人女性生存体验的关注。在一个不公平的体制下,无论像苏拉般地拒绝大他者,还是如奈尔般地接受大他者,抑或像夏娃一样地象征大他者,三个黑人女性构建自我主体的努力都以失败结局。莫里森借助拉康的哲学语言,阐释了美国黑人女性在大他者淫威下的生存经验。Sula indicates Toni Morrison＇ s obsession with how female African American subjects in America construct their own identity. The characterization of three female images, Sula, Nel, and Eva, shows the writer＇ s concern with the fate of female African Americans. In an unfair social mechanism, the three black females＇ endeavor to construct their own subjectivity all end in failure, should they reject, accept, or embody Other, as is done by Sula, Nel and Eva respectively. Morrison expounds, by way of Lacanian Philosophy, the African American women＇ s living experience under the threatening Other： self is Other and frustration in essence.
