摘  要:通过驯化能降低色度的功能菌群 ,筛选得到了能降低废水中色度及COD的功能菌群———A组菌 ,从中分离得到两株能明显地降低生化前处理后废水的色度及COD并使其达到排放标准的功能菌株 :A 3和A 7.经初步鉴定 。This study is aimed at biodegradation of coking plant wastewater. A process O A O system has been tested in laboratory scale apparatus. Two coking plant wastewater degradation strains were isolated from the device treating the coking plant wastewater nameed A 3 and A 7.The colority and COD from coking plant wastewater have been degraded by using these strains and the COD obey the GB8778 88. The strains A 3 and A 7 were identified initially that they belonged to Bacillus and Neisseria respectively.
