摘 要:基于涡轮叶片新型超级冷却技术,在具有冷却通道的新型冷却结构中加入多孔介质,采用数值模拟方法研究了新型冷却结构的热驱动现象,计算结果和实验结果基本一致。研究结果表明在新型冷却结构中加入多孔介质后,封闭腔体中仍然发生了热驱动流动。而且通过数值模拟获得的流场和温度场,进一步地研究封闭腔体中流体的流动和换热过程。Based on the research of turbine blade super cooling technology, the porous medium was installed in a new kind of cooling configuration with cooling tunnels. Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the thermally driven in the new kind of cooling configuration in a centrifugal force field. The results of experiments and numerical simulations were basically consistent. The results showed that the thermally driven happened after porous medium was installed in a new kind of cooling configuration. Furthermore, the fluid and heat transfer processes were found in enclo- sure through fluid and temperature field gained by numerical simulations.
