重组人白细胞介素-11治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察重组人白细胞介素-11(巨和粒)对慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的疗效。方法对36例慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者皮下注射巨和粒,3mg每天,用至PLT≥50×109/L停药。结果 36例患者有22例显著有效,应用10天左右血小板能升至30×109/L以上,6例有效能维持于PLT(20～30)×109/L之间,相关出血症状明显减轻或消失,4例周身疼痛并发热,不能耐受而停用该药,4例无效。通过以上数据显示,有效率占78%。结论巨和粒可安全有效地促进慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板的恢复,但疗效不持久。Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human interleukin - 11 （ giant and grain ） on chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura curative effect. Methods In＇36 patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients treated with subcutaneous giant and particle,3mg every day,to the PLT ≥ 50 × 10^9/L withdrawal. Results In 36 cases,22 cases were ef- fective, applied 10 days plaielet can rise to 30 ×10^9/L,6 cases effective to maintain the PLT （20 ~ 30） × 10^9/L, associated bleed- ing symptoms significantly reduced or disappear,4 cases of acute pain and fever, not tolerated and deactivate the niedicine,4 cases ineffective. Through the above data shows, rate was 78%. Conclusion The giant and the particle can be safely and effectively pro- mote chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in patients with platelet recovery, but the effect is not lasting.
